RALPH OBENOUR
Co-Owner
Ralph Obenour is a Toledo native and has spent his entire career in the service industry. Most notably with Taco Bell as a Director of Growth operating the northern Ohio stores. Ralph has been nationally recognized for his team's efforts over the last several years. Ralph has also spent the early part of his career in the commercial cleaning industry as an Area Manager with a local janitorial company. He is Betco tile floor care certified and holds a degree in banking and finance.

DAN TERRY
Co-Owner
Dan Terry has spent the last 40 years working in the commercial cleaning industry. Dan has held positions as an operations manager, vice president of operations and general manager. Dan's 40 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry has allowed him to improve sales, turnover and overall operations during his tenure with different brands. Dan has been responsible for overall operations at facilities such as Dana Corp, Davis-Besse, BP Refinery and One Government Center to name a few.
COMPANY HISTORY
Mike and Linda Draper started Quality Cleaning Service in 1983 while working out of our home. The early days started with just two employees but rapidly expanded to over seventy-five employees servicing northwest Ohio and southern Michigan. We have grown to provide cleaning services to a variety of industrial and commercial businesses. The most notable aspect of Quality's beginning was the long-lasting relationships we have been able to build over the last 37 years with our customers and employees.
In late 2020, Mike and Linda Draper decided to retire after beginning Quality Cleaning Service 37 years ago. Ralph Obenour and Dan Terry, owners of Premier Businesses Services Company, purchased Quality Cleaning with the intent to keep Quality Cleaning Service a leader in the janitorial service industry in northwest Ohio while proactively growing our customer base and improving operations for both our customers and employees.
